Assists in California Library Literacy Services grant administration including working with Library Program Consultants (LPC) to administer funding; monitor performance, expenditures and actions affecting the grant, including documenting actions; reviewing performance reports; and corresponding with grantees regarding performance. Assists LPC in providing technical assistance in relation to the grant including assisting with online reporting program, preparing materials in support of statewide meetings with and trainings for library literacy programs. Provides technical assistance to and solves problems for local agencies with respect to program automation to ensure their compliance with the appropriate state rules and regulations. Prepares computer-generated input for inclusion into annual program reports.
